The questions below are to help with your Symphony Portal account. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, reach out to us using the information at the bottom of the page.

Where is my login information?

You should have received a letter and/or an email with your access code. The code is in the form of ####-####-#### which allows you to create an account and link yourself to an organization. If you are experiencing issues with your token, complete the support form here.

Why is my password not working?

If you have created an account, but are having trouble logging in, you may reset your password by clicking on the “forgot your password” link. An email will be sent to you with directions on how to reset your password. Learn more about how to reset your password.

How do I register a new user?

You need to be logged in to your Symphony Portal account to register a new user. Follow our step-by-steps instructions on how to register a new user.
