Sarah Lally, MSc
Director, Client Success
As Client Success Director for Symphony, Sarah helps ensure clients have a positive experience and receive the attention and support they need throughout onboarding and beyond. She provides oversight and direction for all aspects of client onboarding, support, account management, and training. She and her team work collaboratively across IHA to develop a reliable, repeatable client experience and deliver actionable data that drives improvement. Prior to joining Symphony, Sarah managed policy work for several other IHA initiatives related to Medi-Cal performance measurement standardization, maternity care, and payment reform.
Before joining IHA, Sarah worked at the Royal College of Physicians of London on a lung cancer quality improvement project. The project focused on sharing best practice techniques in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients with lung cancer to improve standards of care and patient outcomes throughout England.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Public Service Policy and Management from King’s College London.
