Ashley Burkett, MBA

Director, Marketing and Communications

In her role, Ashley leads overall marketing and communications for IHA. She also guides marketing and communications for the Symphony Provider Directory, Align. Measure. Perform (AMP) programs, and the California Healthcare Cost & Quality Atlas. More recently, she began leading communications for the Encounter Data Governance Entity (EDGE), an initiative to improve encounter data collection and reporting. Previously, as Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, Ashley directed the roll-out of IHA’s new brand.

Ashley’s professional interests and experience span traditional and digital marketing, brand management, and strategic marketing. Before joining IHA, she worked in marketing and communications management for Hill Physicians, leading traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media, events, and branding. During her tenure at Hill Physicians, Ashley also worked on quality improvement and palliative care initiatives as project manager.

Ashley graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
