Core job duties and responsibilities:

Assist stakeholders and staff through program start up, implementation and ongoing operations to ensure success of performance measurement programs, which includes:

  • Understanding and responding to participant and project management needs
  • Responding to health plan and physician organization inquiries
  • Developing externally facing communications and content (e.g. webinars, newsletters, emails, website content) to keep participants informed
  • Coordinating internal and external program processes and resources
  • Managing vendor relationships and overseeing supporting work, deliverables, and budget
  • Developing a deep understanding of the healthcare system and stakeholder data sources to support program improvements
  • Providing administrative support primarily for Program Lead, ensuring s/he remains organized; managing detailed calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, incoming and outgoing invoices, expense reports and vendor/consultant agreements; keeping contacts database up to date.


  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare
  • Strong project management skills, including work plan development and project planning; exceptional and detail-oriented organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills — able to interact successfully with people of all levels inside and outside IHA
  • Tech-savviness and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, G-Suite, Slack, Tableau, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to anticipate needs, identify roadblocks, and propose creative, viable solutions
  • Flexible to changes and comfortable with ambiguity as priorities change
  • Collaborative working style and a desire to be helpful in any way needed to support the team, program, and organization
  • Ability to take initiative and be decisive
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
