IHA (Integrated Healthcare Association) is looking for a Client Success Manager to support the launch of a large scale, state-wide provider directory product for all health plans and providers in California. The Client Success Manager will manage an assigned portfolio of clients and will also perform a variety of project management, operational reporting, and analytic tasks. IHA is looking for a Client Success Program Manager to effectively lead several large-scale, high complexity health plan onboardings to the Symphony platform. The CS Program Manager will manage the overall onboarding for each health plan, including project plan development and execution, facilitate client meetings including executive-level engagement, management of issues and dependencies across all onboarding workstreams, and program level reporting. S/he will work closely with the program team, program leaders, technology partners, and vendors to drive deliverables for successful onboarding completion.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, you will support the development and execution of marketing and outreach strategies and campaigns. This role requires product marketing skills along with experience in communications, brand management, and client engagement. IHA is looking for a Data Operations Associate to support one or more of the large-scale, multi-stakeholder collaborations IHA leads. The Data Operations Associate will perform a variety of project management tasks and provide administrative support to senior management. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team that leads big and challenging projects that can move the needle on key healthcare industry pain points.
The Project Analyst will report to the Director of Information Strategy and will serve as a key resource on the Information Strategy team. The analyst will spend the majority of their time supporting IHA programs and initiatives. Program and initiative work includes analyzing program results, distilling highlights, and developing materials and recommendations for committees comprised of executive representatives of organizations participating in the program. Committee topics include performance measurement related to clinical quality, patient experience, e-measures, resource use, and cost; data quality and standards; risk adjustment; and financial incentive methodology.
The ideal candidate is a highly competent, analytical, well-organized, tech-savvy, team player who has excellent communication and project management skills and enjoys providing technical assistance and training to others. They must be comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels in the health care industry and government, enjoy conducting research, and be able to successfully support the fast-paced work of senior-level colleagues.
