IHA is looking for a Client Success Manager to support the launch of a large scale, state-wide provider directory product for all health plans and providers in California. The Client Success Manager will manage an assigned portfolio of clients and will also perform a variety of project management, operational reporting, and analytic tasks. Data Analyst

Reporting to the Manager of Data Operations, IHA is looking for a data analyst to conduct data validation, develop reasonability checks, and provide insights in support of recurring program needs, business development efforts, and health policy technical assistance. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, organized, efficient, and a flexible team player with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Product Analyst

IHA is looking for a Product Analyst who can generate brief and in-depth informative documentation, seize opportunities to prioritize features, research and document product opportunities, conduct in-depth analyses on product related products, and set up and analyze tests for experimental features. The Product Analyst will place a premium on streamlined workflows and user experience – whether web portal, API, partner or ancillary services. As this small team continues to grow there’s also an opportunity to help shape and guide its expansion through mentorship and advocacy across the company.
