We are looking for a passionate and experienced Client Success Account Manager to help us expand health plan and provider participation in the California’s Symphony Provider Directory, the large scale, state-wide provider directory. This temporary position will be reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will manage an assigned portfolio of clients through IHA’s programs to prospects and new audiences, documenting sales activity, and reporting on progress to goals. Integrated Healthcare Association is looking for a Director of IT, Engineering to serve as a key member of our leadership team. The Director of IT, Engineering will be a trusted advisor, strategist, and a hands-on manager. The Director of IT, Engineering will own decisions regarding IHA’s overall technology roadmap and technology infrastructure, implementing corporate and technology strategies and ensuring that our engineering and technology resources are aligned with IHA’s business needs. The Director of IT, Engineering will also have responsibilities for overall vendor management across IHA’s programs, fostering effective partnerships focused on execution.
