  Nancy Hazlewood
Program Manager, Bundled Episode Payment Pilot

Nancy Hazlewood is Program Manager for IHA's Bundled Episode Payment Pilot. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Hazlewood has a strong background in healthcare strategic planning, financial management, product management, and project management.

For over a decade prior to joining IHA, Ms. Hazlewood was President of Hazlewood Consulting, where she led multiple large, cross-functional project teams and gained extensive experience with managed care, health plans, physician groups, self-funded-healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, software, government, non-profits and start-up organizations. She conducted product assessments, provided contract analysis and revenue enhancement services, and worked with clients to research, develop and implement business plans, cost and pricing models, cost accounting systems, and complex management reporting solutions.

In the non-profit sector, Ms. Hazlewood prepared a five-year business plan for the Institute for OneWorld Health (a non-profit pharmaceutical organization) which led to over $150M in funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and other donors.

Previously, Ms. Hazlewood was a Senior Project Manager at Brown & Toland Physician Services Organization and a Financial Associate at Genentech, Inc.

Ms. Hazlewood received her Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
