In her role as Communications Manager, Jennifer Kellar organizes IHA conferences and events and manages the association's web site, external communications, and social media strategy. Before moving into her current role, she provided support to IHA's President and CEO.
Jen has a strong background in association operations, with over ten years of experience in administration, marketing, and communications. Prior to joining IHA, she worked for the Uniform & Textile Service Association, a Washington, DC-based international trade association representing industrial laundry companies, where her primary responsibilities included providing executive support to the CEO and Board of Directors; managing the organization's conferences and conventions; developing marketing materials; and writing and editing member communications. Previously, she worked for Pacific Gas & Electric Company's Learning Services Department as a contract technical writer and administrative assistant.
Jen holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is currently pursuing her MBA at St. Mary's College of California.
