Emma Dolan is a graduate student and intern working on public policy and other special projects for the Integrated Healthcare Association. 

Prior to her move to California, Ms. Dolan worked for the Canadian Senate as a legislative researcher in the office of Senator Lowell Murray. 

Ms. Dolan has a Bachelors degree in Public Affairs and Policy Management (BPAPM) from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario.  Her specialization was in Public Policy and Administration with a minor in Economics.  She is currently a student at the University of California at Berkeley earning her joint Masters in Public Policy / Masters in Public Health (MPP/MPH).
