  Eileen Ball-DeGrazia
Office Administrator

Eileen Ball-DeGrazia brings 25 years of healthcare industry experience to IHA.  She is the office administrator, responsible for human resources and payroll services, banking and accounting processes, and overall office management. She also serves as event planner and manager for several IHA conferences and events, including the annual pay for performance stakeholders meeting. 

Prior to joining IHA in 2006, Ms. Ball-DeGrazia held various roles with managed healthcare organizations. As regional manager in the western region office of Aetna, she managed a $14 million annual budget and was responsible for all marketing collateral for the western states. Prior to her regional role, she was office administrator for the Aetna sales and customer relations office in San Francisco, and spent two years as a Medicare sales representative. Ms. Ball-DeGrazia also worked as the executive assistant to the president of Maxicare Health Plans, Inc. during its early years; an organization that helped popularize the concept of national health maintenance for profit in the 1980s.

In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Ball-DeGrazia has a long history of working with local philanthropic organizations, including Beta Sigma Phi, an international women's sorority that thrives to impart "Life, Learning and Friendship," and Soroptimist International, an organization focused on providing educational opportunities for women through scholarships. She has led national and regional events and conventions for groups as large as 750 participants.

Ms. Ball-DeGrazia has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oregon State University.
