IHA is looking for a Client Success Program Manager to effectively lead several large-scale, high complexity health plan onboardings to the Symphony platform. The CS Program Manager will manage the overall onboarding for each health plan, including project plan development and execution, facilitate client meetings including executive-level engagement, management of issues and dependencies across all onboarding workstreams, and program level reporting. S/he will work closely with the program team, program leaders, technology partners, and vendors to drive deliverables for successful onboarding completion.
